M Theory’s debut release, “Take That” began to take shape in June of 2020. Randy Landas, Tom Walsh and John Fumo united to create some new instrumental music in the style of some classic RnB Soul horn bands. ”Spire of Fire” was the first song recorded. It’s an homage to the amazing Tower of Power in both name and spirit. Building on that energy the band followed that up with “Oakland Mississippi”, “Swamp Greens” and “Call Your Bluff” utilizing that big horn sound. "Take That" ( the title song) hits you hard with some funk and then takes you on a smooth ride. Shifting gears they take it down south into the delta with “Ziggy Sauce” and the blues sound of “Red Dirt Road”. “He No Know” is a funky 6/8 West African kind of groove that will make you move. Get ready to be energized with the sound of M Theory.
